● How to Order

・ Check in the field for your desired product in the application form on the APPLICATION FOR PURCHASE page and enter the desired quantity, or call or fax us to order.

・ When ordering, please let us know your name, address, phone number, name of the desired product and its quantity.

・ An amount of payment will be the sum of the product price(plus consumption tax) and a postage.

　　

● How to Pay

・ You may pay by postal money order, pay in advance, transfer to our bank account, or pay by registered mail.
Please note that the product ordered will be delivered after your payment is confirmed.

・ After receiving your order, we will inform you of the amount of payment including the postage and our bank account by telephone.
Please let us know the phone number we can reach during daytime.

・ If you order from overseas, you are kindly requested to pay in advance.

● Returning the Product

　 If the product is broken or damaged due to an accident during delivery, we will replace it with a new one, free from charge.
In the following cases, however, we cannot accept and replace the returned product:

・ When the product is already unpacked.

・ When the product is damaged or stained by the customer.

・ When the product is kept at the customer over one week after its arrival.

・ When the product is to be returned due to the customer's circumstances, the return postage should be borne by the customer.
